Temp Check
Consider this your business's annual physical. This is a clear, objective and critical (but kind! Y'all, we do not believe in supporting folks who mask meanness as directness.) review of everything made available to a non-employee. This review will provide you with a look at your business from the lens of a future customer, future employee, community member, competitor, etc.
What to expect:
- Intro call to discuss current state of the business, any anticipated areas of misalignment, company expectations, etc.
- Then what? You continue on with business as usual and we'll get started doing our thing!
- In about 2 weeks you will receive a detailed report outlining all areas observed, the sources/outlets where information was accessed, what works, what needs adjusting, and suggested solutions.
- Follow up call(s) and/or face-to-face meeting(s) will then be scheduled to review the findings, discuss any next steps, etc.

Let's GO! Just like it says, this is for the business that is ready to be ALL IN! A fully Immersive Alignment experience invites us in to offer the same clear, objective and critical review... but for all areas of the business. This is where we come alongside you to experience the internal processes, team dynamics, employee/customer interactions, the physical office setup, customer feedback, employee feedback, etc.

- Full Temp Check reporting
- In Person meeting to discuss findings from Temp Check.
- One on One Meetings with the Leadership Team to discuss vision, challenges, expectations, etc.
- Let the games begin! This is where the Immersive Alignment magic takes off. And while our side of this process is complex and methodical (akin to an evidence board in Homeland), findings/solutions presented generally are like gentle nudges that put you back on course and FEEL... well, you will feel aligned.
